Another Snowy Day

Winter (and an Anniversary) In Ontario

Our wedding at Langdon Hall last March was eventually postponed with 5 days notice due to Ontario's first Covid-19 lockdown! Waah! Hopefully we’ll be able to try again soon!

We still haven't had a whole lot of snow in this corner of Canada this winter. Here's a (very) quick look at how it was this time last year (2020).

If you don't live in this part of the world you might not know that things just carry on pretty much as usual when there's heavy snow.

We drove out through the worst of it to visit Langdon Hall in Cambridge to speak about our wedding plans, then dropped the car home and squeezed in an afternoon concert at Kitchener's Centre in the Square.

On the way home we stepped into the awesome Kitchener Public Library to warm-up with cookies, hot chocolate and a band before heading back to Waterloo on the shiny new Light Rail Transit.

A lovely day before the year went wobbly.

Update, March 2022: We finally tied the knot elsewhere and two-years later than planned. Phew :)
